Terms and conditions

Check-in:
From 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Upon check-in, guests must present an identification document (ID, Passport or Driving License) with photo.

Please note that check-in time is between 14:00 and 20:00. Check-in after this time must be communicated to the property in advance by email. Only after late check-in has been granted will you be able to arrive at the agreed time. Check-in is not permitted after 00:00.

Checkout:
From 01:00 to 11:00. The guest may request a late check-out at reception, making an advance payment for the room block.

Children and beds:
All children are welcome.

Conditions for cribs and extra beds:
0 - 2 years: Cot on request, free of charge.
3 - 16 years: Extra bed on request, 33% per child, per night.

Prices for cribs and extra beds are not included in the total price and must be paid separately during the stay. The number of extra beds and cribs allowed depends on the option chosen. All cribs and extra beds are subject to availability.

Age restriction:
The minimum age to check in is 18 if not accompanied by an adult.

Pets:
Animals are strictly prohibited.

Smokers:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and non-smoking areas.

This property is located in the historic center of Albufeira, a busy area and guests may hear outside noise.

Deposit:
A damage deposit of €250 is required on arrival, payable by credit card or cash. You will be reimbursed within
check-out, by credit card or cash refund, after inspection of the accommodation.
